Your Blinkit & Zepto reality — including your rivals — store by store.
See where you rank, who's advertising on your name, and where you're out of stock — in every dark store. Built entirely from public data. You connect nothing.
The things your seller dashboard can't show you.
Your panel shows your numbers, one platform at a time. We add the two layers it structurally can't: your competitors — store by store — and the full per-store variance your national average flattens. All from the public shelf, using a sample brand below.

What we found the first time we pointed it at the market
In July 2026 we read 486 dark stores across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart in Bengaluru and Delhi NCR — the same nine searches in each. Three things came out that aren't visible from any seller dashboard.
- One brand held 240 sponsored placements in a single Instamart category — 66% of everything paid in it.
- 10 of 81 Blinkit store-searches had no advertiser at all — identical in Bengaluru and Delhi. Instamart was zero of 81 in both cities; Zepto was zero in Bengaluru but 18 of 81 in Delhi.
- The three platforms are not one market. Instamart averaged 21 distinct brands per search, Blinkit 19, Zepto 10.
All of it is published in full, with the method and its limits, at The Dark Store Index. Your brand isn't in those reports — they're category level — but the same read runs on any brand you name.
