Who it's for

Indian D2C brands living on Blinkit, Zepto & Instamart.

If a real chunk of your sales now comes from instant delivery — and you're flying blind on where you actually stand, store by store — this is the morning read you've been missing. Built below the enterprise floor, not for the ₹100-crore CPG.

Single brand

The growing D2C brand

One brand finding its feet on quick commerce. See your availability, your search shelf, and your rivals — without a six-figure contract or a data connection.

Multi-brand

The house of brands

A portfolio or a deeper multi-city catalogue. One roll-up across brands, with each brand's reality resolved to the dark store.

Agency

The agency & the operator

Running quick commerce for many D2C clients. Every client brand in one place, isolated per login, with a cross-brand admin view.

By role

Built around the jobs a q-commerce team actually does.

Whoever opens it goes straight to their job — and a solo founder wearing every hat sees the whole picture from one home.

📦

Fulfilment

Never go out of stock, anywhere you sell — and know which stores you could expand into next.

🏷

Listing & content

Win the click: fix weak ranks, defend your brand name, and see where price or rating is costing you.

🚀

Growth

Find the next platform, the next dark store, and the ad lanes with proven demand and nobody bidding.

Probably you if…

This is for you if any of these sound familiar.

“We're live on Blinkit” — but where?

You know you're listed. You don't know which dark stores you're actually winning, thin in, or absent from.

You can't see your rivals

Your seller panel shows you. It can't show who's advertising on your name or who owns the paid shelf, store by store.

The enterprise tools priced you out

Six figures and a data connection to see anything. You want the read without the contract.

Free · zero input

See where your brand actually stands.

Type your brand, verify with your brand email, and we'll send the report.

What the data says about each of these situations

These aren't hypotheticals. Every figure below is from measured reads across 243 Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart dark stores in Bengaluru, published in full at The Dark Store Index.

If you're a growing brand with a small ad budget

10 of 81 Blinkit store-searches had no advertiser at all. Uncontested shelf still exists — but only on Blinkit, and only in specific stores for specific keywords. Finding those is cheaper than outbidding an incumbent.

If you're entering a new category

The largest advertiser in a category held between 29% and 100% of its paid placements depending on platform and keyword. Knowing whether you're walking into an open auction or an owned category changes the budget you need.

If you sell across all three platforms

They behave nothing alike. Zepto and Instamart had zero uncontested store-searches; Blinkit had 10. Instamart carried an average of 21 distinct brands per search against Zepto's 10. One strategy across three platforms is three compromises.
